Thanks so much for touching base. My mum did not like the idea of me hiring a caregiver for her originally, but she now really enjoys Marilyn’s visit. She (and I) think it is so nice that she brings cake for the two of them! My mum’s cognitive abilities have been so up and down this past month, due to colds, medications, etc., but I have always found her spirits higher after Marilyn’s visit. I just wish I had done it sooner! It gives me such peace of mind knowing that someone is there with her every Tuesday afternoon.
