WOW ! UNBELIEVABLE ! AMAZING!!!! are the three words I am using to describe my recent experience with Caregiver Services.
My mother was hospitalized on a recent Saturday morning, That same day. In the late afternoon , I realized that she would need overnight care for a couple of nights to help her with her many needs I reached out to two other agencies that I knew before calling Caregiver Services. The other agencies were not able to help me but Trish of Caregiver Services was. I told her what I needed and she listened with a ton of warmth and caring words and so I felt like I was in good hands, This set my mind at ease. Within 30 minutes Trish was calling me back with options for all of my mother’s needs. She went above and beyond the call of duty to have care in place for my mother that very same evening even though I had given her incredibly short notice.
It was amazing !
I was very impressed with Caregiver Services and won’t hesitate to use their services again in the future.
