Regarding Nancy’s care by the Caregiver Services Ltd. staff, please note the following: Both office staff and their PSW’s are very professional, qualified and accommodating. Nancy’s primary caregiver Catherine, has been with Nancy for over 6 years looking after her both at home and in Parkview’s Long Term Care unit. As well as requests by myself being followed up and implemented, Caregiver’s staff of PSW’s is found to be very dependable, friendly, arriving on time and getting along with Parkview’s staff. Caregiver Services Ltd. is also able to accommodate us on short notice requests to send extra people when needed. Nancy is very fond of her private caregivers and works very well with then. Billing procedure is accurate, well documented and on time. Overall I find Caregiver Services Ltd.. to be a quality organization because of their PSW’s, their knowledge and caring ways.
