Jean and I wanted to again thank you and your team for such an unexpected and generous amount of time and effort in caring for our dad. It was so comforting to know that our dad was being looked after not just by anyone, but by people who really cared, and by people who wanted to make a difference in his life. Looking back, we could not have given dad the gift of a two-week stay at home this month without your team, and we know that in our hearts, this helped dad more than words can say. It’s no picnic having to stay in a hospital for months on end, and by your team helping us get him home, even for just 2 weeks, it really gave dad the best chance at enjoying the time he has left, while he could enjoy and appreciate it. We really do appreciate the personal touches and the sacrifices made to help dad, and wish you and your team all the best in the coming holidays.
